Is Flotuno already live?
Flotuno is being built. The specification is complete, and we are now refining and rolling out the system with our first pilot partners. In a demo we show the interface on sample data.
Which platforms does it work with?
We are designing report imports for ride-hailing platforms such as Uber and Bolt. The scope and file formats are confirmed with each partner using their real reports.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on fleet size, modules and the installation model. Terms for pilot partners are agreed individually.
Can we bring our existing data?
Migrating drivers, cars and agreements is part of onboarding. We agree the approach after reviewing your current files.
Where will the data be stored?
In a GDPR-compliant region or on a dedicated server for your company. We choose the hosting model together during onboarding.
Is this an app for drivers?
No. Flotuno is a system for the company: a CRM where your office manages drivers, fleet and money on a computer. The app and portal are just an add-on for your company’s drivers.
Will the system be in our language?
Yes. The interface and messages can be translated into any language, for both the office and drivers.
Does the app work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It is a native app installed on iOS and Android, not a website pretending to be an app. Drivers also have a browser portal.
Does Flotuno make bank transfers?
No. Flotuno prepares reports and handles payout requests, but the transfer is made by your accountant in your bank and then marked as sent.
