Terms of use

These terms govern the use of flotuno.com. The website presents information about the Flotuno product and lets you send a request; it does not sell anything online.

1. General provisions

The operator of https://flotuno.com is FUNDACJA ROZWOJU PRZEDSIĘBIORCZOŚCI “TWÓJ STARTUP”, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0000442857, NIP 5213641211, REGON 146433467.

The Flotuno product is developed and offered under the Nexinlab brand. Services under the Nexinlab brand are provided by the Foundation Beneficiary: Andrei Liahovich.

2. Nature of the website

The website is not an online shop and does not allow purchases or online payments. The form is used to apply for the pilot, request a demo, request details or ask to be kept informed about the product.

3. A product in development

Flotuno is in development. Feature descriptions show the planned scope of the product and may change. Screens and figures shown on the website are illustrative.

Information on the website is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

4. No automatic conclusion of a contract

Submitting the form is not an order and does not create a contract. The scope of services, price, timeline and terms of cooperation, including pilot participation, are always agreed individually before any cooperation starts.

5. Rules of use

  • use the website lawfully and in good faith;
  • do not send unlawful content, spam or malware;
  • do not include special-category data, passwords or other people’s personal data in the form;
  • do not interfere with the website or its security measures.

6. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser. Sending the form requires JavaScript; alternatively, email contact@nexinlab.com.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability within any cooperation is defined by an individually concluded agreement.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the website can be sent to complaint@nexinlab.com. Please describe the problem and include your enquiry number if relevant. We reply within 14 days.

9. Intellectual property

Content, graphics and the Flotuno and Nexinlab marks are legally protected. Copying or use beyond permitted use requires the operator’s consent. Ride-hailing platform names are used for information only and belong to their owners.

10. Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. They do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law. The operator may change these terms; the current version is available on this page.
